I help women find calm, clarity and resilience in a world that often feels overwhelming. You might be working a job that drains you, trying to hold everything together for everyone else, or feeling pulled in so many directions that you never have any time for yourself. My approach is different because I combine health and nutrition coaching, positive psychology, emotional processing and nervous system regulation. Looking at your life through these lenses allows us to see what is really impacting your energy and mood and where you can make small, sustainable changes that last.

I believe that many of us are dealing with stressors in our lives that we cannot see, what we eat, what we do, who we see and where we spend our time can have as much of an impact on our wellbeing as a stressful job or going through big life transitions.

I love this quote because it embodies everything I believe as a coach. One of the most important things you will take away as a client of mine is a deeper understanding of yourself. The patterns you live by, your stress responses, which foods nourish you, the habits that drain you, what energises you and more.

Once you have this knowledge about yourself, it's yours forever and that level or awareness allows you to live a life that feels good.

Much of this work is routed in understanding your nervous system which develops when you are a child.

Why is the nervous system so important?

Work with the nervous system is central to my work, but it isn't scary or medical, it's simply about understanding how your body learned to keep you safe.

Your nervous system has been shaped by every experience you have lived through, from your childhood to now.

It subconsciously decides what feels safe, what feels risky and how much stress you can take before everything feels too much.

When you find yourself repeating the same patterns - feeling stuck, stressed, people pleasing, choosing partners who aren’t good for you, struggling with boundaries or decision making - it’s not a flaw in your personality.

It’s simply your nervous system operating from an old version of you.
Not the woman you are becoming.

A 12 week programme for women who want deep, steady, lasting change.

The Empowered Calm Method blends nervous system work, stress resilience coaching, The Safe & Sound Protocol, health & nutrition coaching and simple lifestyle shits that actually fit your life.

It's not a routine or fad that you try for a week then abandon. It is about creating real, lasting change.

The Empowered Calm Method is a structured, personalised coaching programme that helps your body feel safe again, so you can think clearly, rest deeply and move through stress without feeling overwhelmed.

Reset Sessions

Three sessions to be used over six weeks.

This is a lighter option if you aren't ready for a full programme right now.

These session are ideal if you want clarity and direction around one to two areas that feel heavy right now, or if you have had coaching with me in the past.

The Safe and Sound Protocol

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a powerful listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system, the part of your body that controls how you respond to stress, safety and connection.

The SSP can be particularly effective in supporting people with:

- anxiety, stress or overwhelm

- emotional dysregulation

- sleep difficulties

- low mood or burnout

- attention or focus difficulties (including ADHD and Autism)

The SSP is suitable for both adults and children.

About me

Hi, I'm Ali.

I am a Health & Wellbeing Coach and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner. I also hold certifications in The Safe & Sound Protocol, NLP, Positive Psychology and I am Trauma-Informed.

I believe that chronic stress and overwhelm often come from living lives that don't truly fit us. We are influenced by what others expect - partners, parents, social media - we lose sight of ourselves.

I started my journey in coaching when I noticed how many women were struggling with overwhelm. The more I learnt about the nervous system and health and nutrition the more I recognised how these 3 elements are heavily influencing our lives. Everything we consume is setting us off balance, impacting our mood, nervous system and ultimately how we live our lives.

I am passionate about helping women create a life they don't want to escape from. I use a holistic set of tools from the modalities I have studied and used for years to help women break the overwhelm and start living the life they want.
